No Fees. There are no fees for you or your clients to use Trada, so running PPC campaigns in our marketplace won't cut into your profit margins. You specify the amount you're willing to pay for a click or conversion. Our PPC experts only get paid when they meet your goals.

The Trada marketplace has more than 500 certified pay-per-click experts ready to work on your client's campaign. Our experts will go to work helping you identify hundreds of high-converting longtail keywords, which is something no single person could do on their own.

Maintain Complete Control of Your Client Relationships and Campaigns.

You'll remain the sole contact to your client and be in complete control of the campaign while our experts get to work on what they love best – paid search. You'll also maintain complete control over your clients' brand: you can prevent certain keywords from being used, review all keywords and ads running in your campaign, and oversee the performance of all keywords and ads. All the time.

Ads begin running on the Google, Yahoo and Bing ad networks.

You have the option to run ads across all three of the networks for your clients; helping them to capitalize on differences in demographics and keyword pricing to lower the cost of clicks and conversions. And it's all done through our Trada interface: no learning the idiosyncrasies of each new network.

My agency already has an AdWords account. Will my Trada campaign feed into it?

The campaign runs through Trada's system. It's Trada's Marketplace that stitches together the paid search networks across Google, MSN and Yahoo together with our hundreds of paid search experts into one seamless interface, enabling sophisticated but intuitive control over your client's campaigns.

Why does Trada require a minimum budget?

Trada works because it harnesses the diverse thinking of a marketplace of search experts. To deliver this benefit, Trada requires a budget minimum so that the Optimizers working on your campaign can learn quickly and make appropriate optimization decisions.

We divide your budget evenly over the days of the month. If your budget is only $3000 for the month, your daily budget is $100 per day. If you have 10 Trada PPC experts working on your campaign, the amount of daily clicks any one Optimizer might get could be very low, which could dramatically slow their ability to be effective on your campaign.

The Optimizers need to be able to explore - this is how they do their best work!

How will Trada bill me for my campaign spend?

When you join Trada, we charge you 25% of your stated monthly budget to start. When our Optimizers generate clicks and conversions over that amount, we charge you another 25%. The 25% is not a "fee" - it's your campaign spend. If we don't spend it all at the end of the month, you are NOT charged the difference. There are no fees to use Trada!

If you decide to leave Trada within 90 days, you will be charged a $500 early termination fee - but you won't be charged your campaign spend for the rest of the 90 days.

Who manages the campaigns my agency runs through Trada?

The campaigns are still run by you or your agency staff, while our Optimizers execute to your goals. The Trada system provides the ability to manage very large and complex campaigns efficiently. Our Trada Account Managers are ready to manuever the best use of your crowd or to help get more out of the campaign, but you are still in full control.

What about the expertise of my current paid-search staff?

Your paid-search staff have a great tool to exploit all their skills! Now, rather than spending hours poring over reports and keyword data, they can leave that to their Optimizer team at Trada. Meanwhile their efforts are spent managing the strategic part of the campaign - the CPC or CPA target - to deliver better performance for your clients. Your Campaign Managers can handle 3-5 TIMES the number of campaigns in Trada that they can on their own. Or that time can be spent in other areas of client service, enabling you to broaden your offerings without hiring staff.

Our client's campaign has a good CPA but we know it could be better. How can Trada help?

Part of the benefit of having a network of PPC experts is the natural exploration of long tail keywords, which helps to drive down costs and increase conversion rates. The diversity of having a large group working on your campaign means they are approaching it from many different angles simultaneously. And since our paid search experts are performance oriented, they continue curating the campaign for cost and quality long after the campaign has met your client's CPA target, keeping it current and dynamic.

How can my agency transfer a campaign into Trada without losing momentum?

Trada has worked with hundreds of campaigns in a wide variety of states-of-maturity. We have a number of ways to mitigate the challenge of campaign migration, including initiating the campaign in separate networks, running different keyword groups in Trada and your agency, rolling your campaign into Trada in a phased way, and more. Contact us, and our Account Managers will work with you to do what makes the most sense for your client's campaign.

My client is in (x) market. Do you offer exclusivity?

Trada's marketplace has a variety of businesses in many markets. While we don't offer market exclusivity, we are very protective of your data and your client's campaign exclusivity. Our Optimizers are bound to a confidentiality agreement within our Marketplace. They are prohibited from talking about their campaigns, and do not see the activity of anyone else in the Trada Marketplace. Additionally, you can request that our Optimizers do not work for a company in the same vertical market as one of your clients. There could be two or more similar campaigns operating in the Trada Marketplace, but, if requested, that data would not be shared amongst the same Optimizer set.

Can I pick the experts that work on my campaign?

Trada's marketplace is set up so that the Optimizers are free to join campaigns, and they generally join campaigns where they have a good expectation of success - due to their experience, passions or expertise. That said, once you have a few campaigns running in our Marketplace, you will be getting to know the paid search experts working on your campaigns. In the Trada Marketplace, it's easy and fruitful to directly message the Optimizers, and since they're all 1099 contractors, you'll know them by their real names. You will naturally build some good rapport with a number of them and as you learn their strengths and core skillsets, you will want to message them as you bring on new campaigns into the Marketplace. Likewise, within the Marketplace we also have Managed Optimizers whose job it is to recruit the best talent to get the most out a particular campaign. As you get to know some of our MO's, you can really get a campaign moving quickly. Think of it as having a staff of hundreds at your disposal and being able to recruit the best tens-of-them at a moment's notice!
